Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries for our 400+ active software users that can arise from the
performance, pricing, reporting, compliance, billing, and trading modules of INDATA’s software.
Work with vendors such as FactSet to maintain attribution sector data using common protocols, internal
ETL tools and developing scripts to format and adjust large datasets.
Establish client relations and ensure client success by providing around the clock support (emails, phone
calls), on-site and remote training.
Use T-SQL for ad-hoc analysis (joins, subqueries), creating stored procedures, and database
manipulation (insert, delete, update).
Identify processes that are being done manually and automate (reducing 4+ hours of manual daily work
thus far) using Python, SQL, internal ETL tools.
